Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Polished Chic!

STANDARD SHIPPING: Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. If the order is less than $75, there will be a $5.99 shipping charge added to your total. Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not business days. Please allow 3-6 business days for your package to arrive. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

STORE PICKUP: This is available to avoid shipping charges. We will text or email you when your order is ready for pickup. We should have your order processed and ready by the following business day. Should you need an item sooner, please let us know and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability!  

RETURNS: If you decide to return an item, it must be done within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible. Returns are given as store credit ONLY; no cash back or card refunds will be given. Only new, unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned.

Please note that items with animal hair, makeup, smudges, worn spots, odors, etc. are NOT ELIGIBLE to be returned.

Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Items purchased between November 25 and December 31 will have 30 days from that date to make a return. Returns are given as store credit ONLY; no cash back or card refunds will be given. Only new, unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: All Sale or reduced price items, accessories, intimates (bras, bodysuits, etc.), headwear, candles and jewelry. Any items purchased at a discount of 30% or more will be Final Sale.
