Our Story

Polished Chic was established in 2011 when our owner, Donna, decided to leave the finance world behind after more than 20 years and start selling shoes via home parties. Our very first customers were so supportive of her vision that she quickly expanded her collection to include apparel as well; but that’s not all a girl needs! One-by-one, she began to add bags, candles, accessories, gifts, and more to her collections! Our first brick-and-mortar location became a reality in local Jefferson, Georgia. Since then, we have grown to meet the ever changing needs of our customers and the fashion icon in each of us. We’re always adapting to our growing customer base and endless style. Polished Chic is, and always will be, committed to offering quality, trendy apparel at affordable prices. And we know that you will need accessories to make the fashion statement you want and we have everything you’ll need; wether it’s for the office, home, or even the gym, our awesome staff will help you find the perfect piece or outfit you need. If there’s something you want that we don’t have, let us know and we’ll see what we can do! We typically receive only a limited-run of any specific item; so if you don’t get it today, it may not be around tomorrow! If you love it, purchase it or order today! Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more! $6.99 flat rate shipping available on all other orders.

Only new, unworn items with an original tag and receipt can be returned within 14 days for a Store Credit or an Exchange. Items will not be accepted with issues or defects: (this includes but is not limited to; odors, makeup stains, pet/animal hair, damaged zippers, holes, etc.) Items may not be returned to get the current sale price. Online Purchases: These items are eligible for Store Credit Only within the 14-Day Return Period. Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and postage.
